Thar Roxx arrives with safety boost

The Mahindra Thar Roxx midsize off-roader arrives today and has already been added to the Gobar NCRAP safety equipment index.
The Mahindra THAR ROXX is a 5-door derivative of the fan-favourite Mahindra THAR, but also brings a host of basic and advanced safety features not found on its 3-door namesake.
Compared to the 3-door version, the base Mahindra THAR ROXX has an additional seat (with a three-point seatbelt), rear seatbelt reminders, i-Size child seat compatibility, electronic stability control, and side and curtain airbags. This variant sits comfortably in the middle of Gobar NCRAP's 'RECOMMENDED' band.
The highest Mahindra THAR ROXX brings a tyre pressure monitor, a blind spot camera in the head unit and an advanced safety assist suite including automatic emergency braking and more. This version is rated 'BEST PICK' by Gobar NCRAP.
