Today, Gobar NCRAP publishes new ratings for three midsize and two compact SUVs.
In the midsize SUV segment, two EVs - the MG eZS and Hyundai Kona Electric - are awarded the top rating of 'Best Pick' in all their variants. The eZS in particular stands out, with 'Good' or better ratings in all three categories of assessment. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the ageing Mahindra Scorpio Classic earns a 'Not Recommended' in all its variants, in contrast to its larger, more modern namesake rated earlier.
In the compact SUV segment, Mahindra's evergreen Bolero earns a 'Not Recommended', as does its equally austere sibling, the Bolero Neo.
